Abstract
The implications of the lack of a signal of \(CP\) violation in charm are discussed and the potential for future work is explored. Upgrades to the LHCb detector should enable systematic uncertainties to be reduced and the prospects for extremely precise measurements of the observables introduced in this thesis are excellent.
