Abstract
At present there exist a few works characterizing the intensity of various polysaccharide groups synthesis in the course of protoplast culture (cf. I). The aim of our research was to determine the rate of exogenous 14C-glucose utilization in synthesis of various polysaccharide fractions at different periods of bean and tobacco protoplasts culture.
