Zusammenfassung
Franz Moehn ist ohne Zweifel eine der wichtigsten und verehrtesten Gestalten am Institute for Advanced Study. Er ist erst seit 1979 dort, eine vergleichsweise kurze Zeit (manche Menschen bleiben jahrzehntelang dort). Und obwohl er an einem Institut ist, dessen Mitglieder ihren Fachgebieten entsprechend relativ starr voneinander getrennt leben, kennt ihn anscheinend jeder, kommt jeder mit seiner Arbeit in Berührung. Franz Moehn ist natürlich Chef — Küchenchef.
