Abstract
Mobile delivery applications have become an important technology and have been used during Covid-19, particularly in Saudi Arabia. However, research on the use of this type of application and the factors that influence it is needed. Therefore, this study investigates how perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security and satisfaction influence the use of mobile delivery applications in Saudi Arabia. To do so, an online survey was developed to gather data for the study. There were 712 participants who have completed this survey. SmartPLS-4 software was used to perform structural equation modelling (SEM) to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The findings indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security and satisfaction significantly influence the use of mobile delivery applications.
