Zusammenfassung
Periphere und zentrale Riesenzellgranulome sind Veränderungen mit ähnlichen histopathologischen Merkmalen, die in der Gingiva oder im Kieferknochen auftreten können. Das erste ist eine reaktive Läsion und das zweite zeigt nichtneoplastisches proliferatives Verhalten. Dieses Kapitel zielt darauf ab, die Merkmale dieser Läsionen zu erörtern, indem die wichtigsten Aspekte der Diagnose und Behandlung jeder Läsion diskutiert werden.
