Abstract

The sustainable development of the economy is embedded in the achievement of the Goals of Sustainable Development, where effective entrepreneurial activity and smart growth are assumed as an integral condition of it. The analysis of the economic sphere of the goals of sustainable development proves the importance of the growth of the gross domestic product as one of the indicators of sustainable development. Thus, the gross domestic product is a generalizing national indicator, which is revealed through the aggregate of regional gross products, which determines the study of factors that affect its size and growth. The study based on correlation-regression analysis proved the hypothesis regarding the influence of the number of entrepreneurship entities, the number of employees, the volume of sales (goods, services) of their business activities, net profit (loss) on the gross regional product. It was established that the factor of the number of entrepreneurship entities in the region, which characterizes the development of their entrepreneurial activity, has the greatest influence. It was determined that a Ukrainian feature during the formation of the gross regional product is the significant influence of the number of large entrepreneurship entities. The main consequences of the influence of Russian aggression on the stability of the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine are indicated.
