About the author
Professor Nakazawa is specialized in design theory, precision engineering, and leadership theory and was a professor at the School of Science and Engineering, Waseda University. He is an honorary member of the Japan Society for Precision Engineering and has won the "Hasunuma Memorial Award" from the Japan Society for Precision Engineering, and the "Achievement Award" from the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, Design Engineering and Systems Division.
