Abstract

The scientific article substantiates the need for research on the development and theoretical justification of rational geometric parameters for the selected modes of operation of the hydraulic drive of mobile agricultural machines of the regions of the Urals and Siberia. Information is provided on the planned methodology for conducting research, work plan and experimental tests, substantiation of the relevance of the work in the context of the ongoing policy of import substitution and sanctions that have led to restrictions on the supply of parts and components for agricultural machinery. The goals and objectives set for their achievement are outlined. It is proposed to refine the methodology for calculating hydraulic systems by introducing additional coefficients into the calculation formulas. The application of a new hydraulic drive design together with a new hydraulic control unit developed at the Department of “Hydraulics” at the Ural Federal University is proposed.
