Abstract

Japan is now called to be a “sleep debt nation,” and this has long been a social problem. In recent years, sleep disorders in children have also been on the rise. To address these problems, it is important to provide sleep education not only to adults but also to children, and to enable children to enjoy managing their own sleep. In this paper, this paper proposes a game in which parents and children cooperate to raise cats by sleeping well and using the food that is given as a result.
