Abstract

Reading programs are an effective way for learning how to understand programs, and learning support systems have been developed that provide explicit reading assignments. However, these systems can handle only questions and feedback that have been created and registered in advance by the system creator, and new questions must be implemented manually one at a time. Therefore, we have been developing a system that can automatically generate problems and feedback. In the present paper, we report the results from evaluation experiments using this system.
