Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel wird ein agiler Visualisierungsansatz vorgestellt, der einen der am weitesten verbreiteten Innovationsprozesse unterstützt: Design Thinking. Der Ansatz integriert die vordefinierten grafischen Elemente von SAP Scenes, um digitale Szenen für Storyboards zu entwerfen. Unvorhergesehene Szenarien können durch das Einfügen neuer grafischer Elemente und damit verbundener domänenspezifischer Aspekte on-the-fly erstellt werden. Dies fördert das Problemverständnis und die Ideenfindung, die andernfalls durch den Mangel an Elementen behindert würden. Der symbolische, auf künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) basierende Ansatz gewährleistet die maschinelle Interpretierbarkeit der skizzierten Szenen. Im Gegenzug wird die Plausibilitätsprüfung der Szenen automatisiert, um die Designer bei der Erstellung sinnvoller Storyboards zu unterstützen. Die Plausibilitätsprüfung beinhaltet die Verwendung einer Domänen-Ontologie, die mit semantischen Einschränkungen versehen ist. Der Ansatz ist in dem Prototyp AOAME4Scenes implementiert, der für die Evaluierung verwendet wird.
