Abstract

According to the econometric analysis for effective management of e-commerce to improve the efficiency of such influencing factors, as regulatory and legal framework in the digital economy, regulatory quality, e-government development index, the global cybersecurity index is crucial. Judging from the model built and the initial forecast, by 2026 the e-commerce index of government efficiency in the Republic of Uzbekistan will grow insignificantly. Based on the study, the main goal of government policy in Uzbekistan for the future in the area of improving the efficiency of government should be the development of a state program to improve the quality of public administration, regulatory impact, providing a system of measures to facilitate business and innovation.
