Abstract
Today’s databases are computer memories used for storage in, and retrieval from, large collections of systematic information, such as bibliographical, medical, trade, banking, insurance, and tax data. In natural agents, cognitive content is stored in, and retrieved from, the brain’s memory. In artificial DBS agents, natural memory is reconstructed as an on-board database.
