Chapter 12 includes a small error in the Chapter Title. It has been updated as “Resolving the Paradoxical Effect of Human-Like Typing Errors by Conversational Agents”.
The following belated corrections have been incorporated in Chapter 28 “Measurement of Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability: A Review of NeuroIS Research with a Focus on Applied Methods”:
The numbering of the first six references as well as an citations in the text has now been updated in sequential order. The correction chapter and the book have been updated with the changes.
