Abstract
The major aim of the study was to examine the impact of Impact of organizational learning capabilities on service quality. Therefore, it focused on Islamic banks operating in Jordan. Data were primarily gathered through self-reported questionnaires creating by Google Forms which were distributed to a purposive sample of managers via email. This study was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test hypotheses. The results show that interaction with external environment has the highest positive impact relationship on service quality. Upon study findings, the researcher recommends managers and decision makers to invest the human element continuously by involving them in the decision-making process to acquire administrative skills along with technical skills they already have.
