Abstract
FlexSim program provides virtual environment with the ability to simulate any process. The aim was to analyse the efficiency of the clothing production process on the basis of a FlexSim simulation model and animated visualization by determining the bottlenecks of the flow. Also, to take measures to increase the efficiency of the production by eliminating them.
