Abstract

The new normalities due to Covid-19 have also influenced the academic world and have drastically changed the way we communicate. In the university community, the information we need is often not identified, which can be confusing for students, especially those just starting university; specifically in management processes and information requests. This mobile application supports this objective. In addition, due to its structure, it also allows the intervention of the advanced cycle student, given the uncertainty of the so-called “cachimbo”, where the experience would be of great help. Current communications of university students are via email or WhatsApp, and many of these students do not have full access to this information, connection and access process, which translates into a reduction of dialogue and communication between students and the university. Because of its structure, given the uncertainty of the first cycle of university students, this project is an opportunity to enable the intervention of the advanced cycle student and develop relationships between degrees, where the experience is of great help, is full of entrepreneurial spirit, with his alma mater.
