About this book

This book constitutes revised papers from the eight workshops which were held during June 2021 at the 24th International Conference on Business Information Systems, BIS 2021. The conference was planned to take place in Hannover, Germany, and changed to a fully online event due to the COVID-19 pandemic.   There was a total of 67 submissions to all workshops of which 31papers were accepted for publication.
