Summary
This article examines the impact of economic science on human thinking, its actions, and deeds on the example of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the pandemic, Uzbekistan’s financial, economic thinking is reflected in its economic population’s volatility. Therefore, it is crucial to analyze the behavior in a financially unstable situation. For this, income, employment, financial well-being, migration, and behavior are analyzed. According to the conclusions of the analysis, it is assumed that the driving force of economic thinking is the state’s financial position and economic policy during a pandemic. In this position, economic thinking moves rationally. The article concludes that the way-out lies in the transition to the knowledge of the economy, which opens up opportunities for mental labor to improve the economic behavior and thinking at the population (or an individual) level.
