Abstract

The objective of this chapter is to give a basic introduction to PLM Initiatives. This will help those involved in a company’s PLM Initiative to participate more fully in the activities of the Initiative. This chapter also aims to give students a basic understanding of the aims and activities of a PLM Initiative.
