Abstract
MS Office products offer many options for software graphics generation. Although not popular enough, these tools can actually greatly expand the capabilities of using MS Excel and Word. This chapter includes many examples as Excel files with VBA macros embedded inside. They demonstrate how pseudo-raster graphics can be created: (1) in Excel cells or (2) using the rich palette of objects in the Shapes collection. Possibilities for generating vector graphics as well as combining raster with vector graphics are presented. All these options can significantly enrich the knowledge of VBA beginner programmers in the environment of MS Excel.
