Abstract

Today’s education is struggling to respond to the challenges of a changing world. The skills and knowledge, traditionally taught at educational institutions, rapidly become obsolete. This raises a question about organizing career guidance work, as a system of professional, psychological and educational guidance of a person on the path towards self-determination. Universities should be involved not only in providing the learners with high quality educational services, but also in developing a flexible and innovative model that could impact on professional self-determination at all levels of university education, from the emergence of interest in profession to additional professional training. Given that, the development of multidimensional vector model of the youth professional self- determination in the context of multidisciplinary university is gaining increasing importance.
