Abstract
The study resumes that the vision of the UN Charter to systematically unite the cornerstones of peace, security, and development leads to a novel intervention and prevention logic in a changed world, building on Peace and Security Councils as regional wings of the UNSC and respective Peace-Centres of Excellence around the world.
