Abstract
Nanotechnology is receiving great attention in the Production industry and is entitled to be the technology of the future. With their impressively unique physical and chemical characteristics due to the large surface area and nano (10–9 m) size, nanomaterials are significantly enhancing the structure of the Manufacturing Industry. Some of the manifold applications reach from Sustainable Development, Pollution Sensing, Driving dynamics up to Light Weight construction, and much more.
This paper reviews the application of this technology in the field of Material Processing, Energy, Environmental Remediation, Medical, and Healthcare. Moreover, the paper analytically examines the advances and applications of nanotechnology in the Automobile Industry. Also, some insights on self-healing materials, Light Weighting, and Ultra Reflective mirror occupied in the next generation of Vehicles have been introduced.
An overview of the Future of Nano-Automotive Market Planning and the effect of COVID-19 on the Nano-Automotive Market is also included. The Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) by the year 2025 and the viability of nanomaterials in future projects of multiple Automotive Companies have also been discussed.
Nanotechnology would certainly have an immense impact on not just one but practically all industries and even on the environment, but the result of this study is limited towards the fact that Nanomaterials could be the basis of a new generation of Stronger, lighter, and efficient self-healing materials.
