Abstract

The market competition of banks is becoming more and more fierce, and the competition of banks is gradually transformed into the competition of human capital. But the traditional talent evaluation system is still adopted by the national joint-stock commercial banks, which is subjective. In the selection and appointment of middle-level managers, there are some problems of the impersonality of evaluation, and then the mismatch between people and posts has seriously affected the work efficiency and the market competitiveness of the bank. This paper intends to use BP neural network, combined with the relevant characteristics of M bank middle-level managers, to build the bank middle-level managers person post matching model, and through the continuous training of sample data, achieved good results, proves that the BP neural network-based M bank middle-level managers person post matching model in M bank personnel decision-making has certain applicability. It has a certain guiding role in improving the personnel allocation and the corresponding personnel decision-making of middle-level managers in M bank.
