Abstract

Leadership is an ever-present feature in management and organizational behavior studies. You’ve probably noticed that leadership has been mentioned in nearly every chapter of this textbook. In this final chapter, we examine leadership, from the earliest theories to current leadership discussions in sport. Although this chapter explores many popular leadership theories, particular detail is dedicated to the moral leadership theories that are becoming increasingly popular in sport.
