Abstract
This chapter, as well as the following Chap. 7, is based primarily on the personal, decades long experience of one of the authors of this brief, Ken Murray. As such, it is much more practical and tactical in nature. While we recognize the importance of proper refences of the materials presented in a peer-reviewed publication, this chapter is mostly a product of Mr. Murray’s personal experience (Murray 1995–2020).
