Abstract
Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is a widely used and successful surgical procedure, which provides pain relief as well as restoration of function in most patients. Although high patient’s satisfaction rates (up to 89% at 15 years) have been reported after TKA, a substantial number of patients remain unsatisfied with the outcome.
