Abstract

The rapid development of rural E-commerce is of great significance to improve farmers’ income. In this process, Gansu province, as one of the major agricultural provinces in China, attaches great importance to the construction of rural E-commerce, has launched a number of initiatives to promote the rural E-commerce development, and revitalize the rural economy. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of rural E-commerce development in Gansu province. We had detailed understanding of the current situation of the rural E-commerce platform in Gansu, the level of information, infrastructure construction, government policy guidance and regional development. This paper employed complex dynamics system, OECD, CII and other indicators selection approaches to collect the key factors, using three levels of preparation, application and influence to evaluate the rural e-commerce level in Gansu. Finally, the paper puts forward three suggestions.
