Abstract
Kate asked me to take part in two simultaneous quests for answers. She was worried about her health and wanted to have an HIV test done. She also wanted to see a diviner. Her health was deteriorating, she had failed to marry and settle down. She knew that relatives are indispensable but unpredictable. Your relationship with them is ambiguous. A diviner can help you unravel people’s hidden motives and desires and identify reasons for your failure in life. Her desire for an HIV test and her wish to go to a diviner were interlinked. She wanted to know not only where her life was heading but also who would assist her on her way.
