Abstract
Wright Maps have revolutionized how researchers and practitioners evaluate tests and survey and how such information is communicated. This chapter makes use of the two introductory chapters to Wright Maps presented in Rasch Analysis in the Human Sciences (Chap. 6 Wright Maps: First Steps, Chap. 7 Wright Maps: Second Steps). In this chapter, we present summaries of numerous Wright Maps that have been presented in the literature. We provide a commentary of the pros and cons of each presentation technique of each map, and we discuss the strengths and weakness of the manner in which the maps are described in the body of articles as well as through figure captions. Importantly, we present some common errors made by researchers when constructing their Wright Maps and authoring Wright Map figure captions.
