Strategy and Strategic Discourse in Turkish Foreign Policy

Abstract

This period, while on the one hand, kept the post-Cold War dynamics in itself, on the other hand, began to be mentioned and characterized with the changing characteristics, particularly with the 9/11 events that introduced terrorism as a global phenomenon. The primary feature of the developments in the aftermath of 9/11 was the introduction of identity politics to international political system.
