Abstract
An 84 year old male is admitted with sepsis due to lower limb cellulitis. He is pyrexial, hypotensive, has deranged LFTs, with low serum albumin and acute kidney injury. His blood pressure is corrected following intravenous fluid and antibiotics. On day 3 of admission remains oliguric despite ongoing fluid and you are asked to prescribe more. You assess him.
