Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the most new technologies, which began to develop thanks to the digitalization of the economy - crowdsourcing and, as its most important component – crowd recruiting. Its capabilities are extremely wide: it overcomes geographic distances, saves time and costs of finding candidates for the vacancy of the desired specialist of the company. The sphere of application of crowd technologies is investigated. Formulated the main objectives of the use of crowd - technology. Lists the platforms on which these technologies are applied. The history of crowdsourcing is considered in detail. Describes the history of the introduction of cracking in the Russian Federation. The concept of “recruiting” is defined. It describes the main services that are implemented through recruiting. Then, the cracking technology is described. Then, the main advantages and disadvantages of cracking are described. The differences between cracking and recruitment are determined. The advantages of crowd recruiting technology compared with other methodologies, the possibilities of this technology, as well as its limitations are considered. Crowdsourcing is used in the exchange of knowledge, the development of ideas and concepts, the collection of funds for the implementation of interesting and socially significant projects, voting, work on content, evaluation of various proposals and others. The conclusion lists the main problems of crowd implementation in the Russian Federation.
