Abstract
Congenital duodenal obstruction (CDO) is one of the most common anomalies in newborns and infants. Congenital duodenal atresia occurs in any part of the duodenum but the majority of cases are seen in the second part of the duodenum. The majority of congenital duodenal atresia occur beyond the ampulla of Vater. The clinical features, classification, diagnosis and management are discussed.
