Abstract

Resonance in Fano resonator in two-dimensional pillar-type periodic structure was numerically investigated by Constrained Interpolated Profile (CIP) method. The model is designed in microwave frequency range around 4 GHz. Obvious resonance in a point-defect cavity, situated in the periodic structure, was confirmed.
