Clockwise Atrial Flutter

Abstract

A 49-year-old male underwent EP study for symptomatic atrial flutter. Other differential diagnoses were considered and excluded. Entrainment and electroanatomic mapping confirmed clockwise CTI-dependent flutter that was ablated successfully by a CTI-line.
