Abstract
The number of revisional bariatric operations performed has steadily increased from about 6% in 2012 to 14% in 2017. This chapter discusses the data currently available regarding the benefits of revisional bariatric surgery as well as morbidity and mortality associated with it. An algorithm for treating patients in need of reoperations is also presented.
