Hidradenitis, with a History of Acne and Osteitis

Abstract

A young man exhibited longstanding features of hidradenitis suppurativa and pustulosis, with a history of cystic acne. He had painful swollen joints with radiological evidence of synovitis, hyperostosis, and osteitis. His disorder represented a distinctive combination of skin and osteoarticular manifestations.
