Abstract

The paper is focused on considering the instance of using the tractor with articulated frame in the aggregate with 12-row seeder in the course of sowing the row crop (sunflower) having the inter-row distance of 70 cm. For operating the aggregate according to specially worked out methods, the mechanical driver, capable of providing such fluctuations in the oscillation amplitude from the straight track line being left by supply coulter that does not exceed the requirements of dispersion and frequency index, has been chosen. The essence of these requirements is in that the oscillation dispersion of the trajectory under estimation (supply coulter track, arable crop row, and so on) should not exceed 12.50 cm2, while the cutoff frequency of normalized spectral density should not be less than 0.25 m−1. As the result of experimental data research of seeding aggregate, it was determined that dispersion of oscillation amplitude in the track of seeding section of the seeder from the straight line equaled to 8.56 cm2, while the cutoff frequency of normalized spectral density of the above-mentioned oscillations did not exceed 0.23 m−1. For effective seeding aggregate, operation composed of tractor with minimal turning radius at the level of 5.5 m and 12-row arable seeder with inter-row space of 70 cm, and the working length of the field run should be not less than 1000 m. At low-range value of this parameter, the intensity of decreasing the aggregate working passes coefficient increases, being undesirable fact.
