Abstract

The authors study the essence and value of cognitive assistants of artificial intelligence for provision of innovational and economic security of small business in the Internet space of cyber economy. Cognitive assistants are presented as the mechanisms of co-management of effective self-organization of an entrepreneur in the conditions of constant leveling of risks of internal environment and external environment, which activate the mechanism of destruction and victim behavior. The conditions of the modern world of digital economy (cyber economy) are substantiated—they are formed on “virtual whales”, which require new innovational tools of effective forecasting and control in the process of making of managerial decisions.
