Abstract
While operating complex technical structures and structures, there is a need for an operative evaluation of the current characteristics of the monitoring object for making an informed decision on the possibility of further operation, maintaining loading statistics. The task of rapid assessment of the state parameters allows to solve the monitoring system. When developing a system for monitoring complex structures and structures, it is necessary to organize a measurement of a set of state parameters: for example, combinations of acting forces, moments, and pressure. When developing a monitoring system, an effective solution of the measurement problem is necessary: by indirect measurements, the most accurately measured parameters and the stress of its stressed state. The method proposed in this work allows solving the inverse measurement problem: to determine the rational composition of the measuring instruments and the requirements to them based on the design model of the operation of the structures.
