Abstract
Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LYG) is an angiocentric lymphoproliferative disease involving extranodal sites (particularly the lung and skin) composed of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive B cells admixed with reactive T cells. There is a spectrum of histopathologic grade and clinical behavior, which are related to the proportion of large B cells.
