Abstract

Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most common type of skin lymphoma and classically demonstrates a CD4-positive phenotype. However, a subset of MF cases is CD8-positive. Some aggressive lymphomas are CD8-positive and must be differentiated from indolent processes, such as lymphomatoid papulosis type D.
