Abstract
At present, small and medium-sized factories have low automation and do not have a relatively complete industrial automation system. In the production process, it is usually necessary to use manpower to transport the raw materials to be processed from the warehouse to the assembly line, which is costly and time consuming. The research in this paper mainly aims at improving this process. A relatively efficient and intelligent material transportation design scheme is proposed and its feasibility and practicability are discussed through the production and simulation of the prototype. This paper mainly includes four parts: introduction, hardware system design, control scheme, experimental results and analysis.
