Abstract
If you were to board a trans-Atlantic flight knowing you would encounter difficult or extreme weather conditions along the way, who would you prefer to be in the cockpit of the plane? A group of rookie pilots who just graduated from flight school or a captain with a team that had thousands of hours of flying time under their belts, under a wide range of difficult conditions?
