In the previous chapter, we reviewed with Salesforce you can create proposal templates and utilize proposal automation. We also covered sales playbook, sales pipeline challenges and trends, buying power, and buying process. In this chapter, we will be discussing more on key configuration, setup home, customization consideration, DevOps, and governance framework to support the enterprise Salesforce practice.
