Abstract
With a view to being competitive, ABC Inc. is keen to identify new revenue streams while consolidating its existing revenue base by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities of their existing portfolio of products and services. Predictive Analytics has been identified to support this endeavor; however, their best efforts and attempts to apply predictive analytics have met with very minimal success.
