Abstract
The recent growth in the field of clusters has brought about the development and application of a number of techniques.1 These are concerned with both the production and study of physical properties of clusters. One technique that has been used in our lab is photofragmentation of mass-selected cluster cations.2 The primary objective in using this technique has been to obtain datum concerning dissociation branching ratios, thresholds and cross sections as well as determining the mechanism for dissociation.
