Summary

Intravenous injection of mice with irradiated allogeneic lymphoid cells induce the generation of antigen-specific T suppressor cells. This paper shows that such T suppressor cells suppress the acute and delayed Graft-versus-Host (GvH) reaction in lethally irradiated mice.
